Patient Journey Modelling - PaJMa


Continuous Learning is pleased to host a one and one-half day (1 & 1/2 day) Patient Journey Modelling (PaJMa) workshop that is designed specifically for healthcare organizations and will focus on providing a visual representation of the processes involved in a patient journey. During this workshop your health care professionals will work together with our Ontario Tech University researchers to study your individual organization and to implement the tools and techniques required to implement the PaJMa model.

Note: Before attending a one-day in-class workshop your team will be provided with four (4) hours of on-line preparation on the functional requirements of the PaJMa model.
