Get ready to explore the world of coding and game design and create your own unique project! Campers will learn about computer programming concepts and techniques while learning to code interactive computer programs, and games. Delve into multiple coding environments and watch your visions come to life!
Bonus: Additional challenges and resources will be available on the camp website for the eager campers who want to explore more on their own!

Week 3: July 19 to July 23 (5 days)
Time: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. EST
Cost: $90; individual only
Week 5: August 3 to August 6 (4 days)
Time: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST
Cost: $72 (4-day); individual only

Important note: Tablets (e.g. iPad, Chromebook), other mobile devices and gaming consoles are not sufficient for this camp. Campers must have a computer.
Video conferencing

- Tablets, other mobile devices and gaming consoles are not sufficient for this camp.
- Stable internet or data connection;
- Microphone;
- Webcam*; and
- Audio device (examples: speakers, headphones/earbuds, headset).
*Webcam is preferred, but not required
Accounts
Accounts for online software may be required. Where possible, selected software will be free to use.Physical materials may be required for camps. A materials list and/or material kit pick-up instructions will be provided to registrants prior to the start of camp.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision of their child(ren).
Support needs will vary by child. We anticipate younger campers may require more support.
Some adult support (or older sibling) will be needed to start the daily session for younger campers. Counsellors will then provide the support during the camp activities.
Support may be required by parents/guardians or older children for:
- initial computer and program launch;
- internet connectivity; and/or
- technical issues not related to Google Meet or camp-related software.
