The Art of Accepting and Giving Feedback
Overview:
Almost everyone finds it difficult to both accept and give feedback gracefully. Praise tends to embarrass us, and our natural reaction to criticism is to become angry or defensive. You will learn how to overcome the difficulty of
formulating the right language in providing feedback to make a difference.
Upon successful completion you will be able to learn how to accept and learn from both positive and negative feedback; create clear, concise feedback messages that will be heard and understood; and rephrase blunt wording for improved communication.elf.
