After course completion

Request a transcript

You are responsible for having official transcripts sent from the host institution directly to the Office of the Registrar immediately following the completion of the course. Please request your transcript to be sent to:

Please note:

  • Failure to submit a final transcript or proof of withdrawal may result in an F grade recorded on your academic transcript and will be reflected in the GPA calculation;
  • If you are planning to graduate in June, final transcripts for course(s) taken on a Letter of Permission must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar no later than May 1, in order for your course to be considered for graduation; and
  • Transcripts dropped off at the Office of the Registrar are considered unofficial regardless if they are in a sealed envelope.

Confirmation of credit

You will receive an email from when your letter of permission credit(s) has been applied to your student record.

To view the applied credits, log into MyCampus and view your academic record. The credits will be loaded under the appropriate registered academic term.
