Records and scheduling

Your student record is very important—it is the official record of your course selections, grades and credits earned towards your degree. From your records, you can access many important documents, such as transcripts, verification of enrolment letters, degree awarded letters, etc. Many of these can be printed directly by you through MyCampus. If they cannot be printed, they can be requested through the Office of the Registrar.

It is very important that you ensure your personal information, such as your mailing address, personal email and telephone number are up to date. You can update this yourself through MyCampus, by going to the Personal Information page under the Helpful Links section.

Please note that once you are a student, we only email you through your OntarioTechUnet account.

As a student at the university, you are responsible for:

At the beginning of the online registration session, you are presented with a registration contract. You must confirm attendance for the upcoming fall and winter terms by agreeing to the conditions of the contract before proceeding with registration.

Information supplied via the MyCampus web registration system will be used for the purposes of:

  • Academic advising
  • Decisions on academic status
  • Providing information related to your studies at Ontario Tech
  • Registration

It may be shared with:

  • Course instructors
  • Other educational institutions at which you have applied or have been enrolled
  • Ontario Tech Student Union

If you register in a Trent University course through MyCampus, information will be provided to Trent University for the purposes of registration, instruction and grading.
