Ontario Tech acknowledges the lands and people of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation.

We are thankful to be welcome on these lands in friendship. The lands we are situated on are covered by the Williams Treaties and are the traditional territory of the Mississaugas, a branch of the greater Anishinaabeg Nation, including Algonquin, Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomi. These lands remain home to many Indigenous nations and peoples.

We acknowledge this land out of respect for the Indigenous nations who have cared for Turtle Island, also called North America, from before the arrival of settler peoples until this day. Most importantly, we acknowledge that the history of these lands has been tainted by poor treatment and a lack of friendship with the First Nations who call them home.

This history is something we are all affected by because we are all treaty people in Canada. We all have a shared history to reflect on, and each of us is affected by this history in different ways. Our past defines our present, but if we move forward as friends and allies, then it does not have to define our future.

Official transcript of academic record

Your official transcript is a complete record of all academic information completed at the university. All courses taken each semester at Ontario Tech University are included on the official transcript. Specific semesters cannot be requested.

  • How to request a transcript
    If you are applying to another Ontario university, you must order your transcript online through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre. All other transcript requests can be made online through your MyCampus account. To do so, select request printed/official transcript under the student records heading, within the helpful links section.

    The official transcript can be mailed to any address you request, or you can pick it up. If you are picking up your transcript, it must be issued to yourself. A valid student card or government-issued photo ID must be presented when you pick up your transcript.


  • Fee

    Official transcripts cost $15 each and must be paid at the time of order. Transcripts will not be printed if you have holds on your account (e.g. outstanding university fees).

  • Processing time

    Transcript requests typically take five working days to process. Peak times may result in longer processing times. 

  • Can I have someone pick up a transcript for me?

    If you would like to have someone pick up your transcript for you, please send an email from your student email account with your name, student ID, and the individuals name picking up the transcript to Please be advised the transcript must still be issued to yourself.
