Greg Crawford
PhD
Pronouns: He/Him
Professor
Science (Physics)Faculty of Science
Dr. Crawford is a physical oceanographer: he studies waves, tides, currents, tsunamis, and mixing processes in lakes, estuaries and the ocean. He conducts fundamental research on how the ocean "works", but also tackles applied topics, like wave hazard prediction, new acoustic remote sensing techniques, and coastal environmental studies to support natural resource management.
