These programs allow you and your staff to become catalysts for change and qualify you as Continuous Improvement practitioners. It provides you with a top-class, internationally recognized qualification, as well as practical hands-on training that allows you and your staff to bring the theory into practice.

Our Lean Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt courses allow students to complete a work-based project that provides a significant and immediate return on investment.

Classes for the February offering of the Yellow Belt will be held on the following dates and times:
- Monday, October 21, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 22, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Monday, October 23, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 24, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Final assessment
The final assessment is a multiple choice exam that participants can take online within two (2) weeks of the course end date. The fee of this exam is included in the program fee.
