At the 2-Spirit Pow Wow hosted by the 2-Spirited People of the 1st Nations in May 2023. Ready to kick-off the Pow Wow Trail season with Ontario Tech's Indigenous Education and Cultural Services and Engineering Outreach with gracious guest Francis to talk about the proposed subcritical assembly project and all the cool nuclear things we do.
Rama Pow Wow 2023 hosted by the Chippewas of Rama First Nation. Francis talks to passersby about the proposed subcritical assembly project and the benefits of nuclear as a clean energy in the fight against climate change. Clean energy, protecting the environment, and fighting climate change have been always been strong issues important to Indigenous communities.
