Assessing AI Opportunity: Organizational Readiness and Pilot Planning
Overview
Artificial intelligence is transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and support their workforce. This micro-credential introduces managers, directors, and operational leaders to the principles of responsible AI adoption by exploring how to identify AI opportunities, assess organizational readiness, plan practical AI pilot initiatives, and support evidence-informed implementation decisions. Through realistic workplace scenarios, guided learning activities, and applied planning exercises, participants progressively develop an Executive Briefing for AI Pilot Recommendation that integrates the competencies developed throughout the course.

Self-directed and self-paced
This micro-credential course is self-directed and self-paced.
This micro-credential course will be delivered fully online with no scheduled lectures. Learners must complete the course independently, within the given timeframe.
Once registered, learners will be given a maximum of 11 weeks to complete the course.
