Accessibility

The Convocation ceremony will take place outdoors, under a tent, rain or shine.

In order to access the the tent, grads and guests will travel on grass; some walkways will be covered with temporary flooring.

Restrooms will be located in the buildings surrounding Polonsky Commons. 

Graduates and guests who require an accessibility accommodation are encouraged to contact convocation@ontariotechu.ca for advance arrangements.
