As part of the ongoing maintenance and improvements to the building’s elevator systems, elevator door replacement work will begin at Bordessa Hall on Monday, October 19. The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, October 23.

The work will be completed one elevator at a time, ensuring one is always operational.

For your safety, please observe all posted signage and follow any instructions provided by site personnel.

As part of the ongoing central plant heating upgrade, a crane lift has been scheduled adjacent to Hunter's Kitchen, between the Science Building and the Business and Information Technology Building, for Thursday, October 15.

Mechanical piping required for the project will be installed. For the duration of the lift, temporary access restrictions and pedestrian rerouting may be required in the immediate vicinity.

In support of the planning and development of a future building located in the northeast corner of the Founders 2 Parking Lot, geotechnical investigation work will take place from October 13 to 16.  

A small drilling rig will be on-site to complete a series of test boreholes required for subsurface investigations. Temporary work areas will be established within the parking lot during this period.

Founders 2 users are asked to exercise caution, and follow all posted signage, barriers, and directions established by the contractor to ensure the safety of the campus community and the work crew.
