Strategic Research Plan 2025-2030
Ontario Tech University’s new Strategic Research Plan 2025–2030 charts an exciting path for the future of research and innovation on campus. The plan highlights seven key priorities—from artificial intelligence and clean energy to health equity, community well-being, and advanced manufacturing—that reflect the challenges and opportunities shaping our world today. Built on our strong culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation, the plan was developed with input from faculty, students, industry, government, and community partners. It positions Ontario Tech to expand its impact locally, nationally, and globally by delivering research that drives discovery, fuels innovation, and makes a real difference in people’s lives.
