Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned.
- Dated, temperature sensitive, perishable or special-storage items
- Chemicals
- Special order items
- Items with opened packaging
- Sale and discounted items
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
No returns after four days from sales order date.
Returns are subject to a 20 percent re-stocking service charge.
No service charge will apply if the item you received:
- Is defective (covered by a manufacturer's warranty).
- Is not the ordered item.
- Has different specifications than originally described
- Central Stores reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
