Medical advice

If you would like medical advice, please contact your family doctor or call Telehealth Ontario at 1.866.797.0000.

No-show policy

An appointment is considered a no-show if you didn’t attend your scheduled appointment and didn’t cancel the appointment at least one hour before its scheduled start time.

There is a $40 fee for all no-shows. Cancellation will be accepted over the phone or in person only.
