Refunds for Additional Qualifications
Processing fees ($75) and late fees ($75), if applicable, are non-refundable. Any course cancelled by Ontario Tech University will receive a full refund, including the $75 processing fee.
Note: Students who wish to withdraw from an AQ Course must complete an Drop Form and submit to: continuouslearning@ontariotechu.ca.
Please Note - the above course Drop process is for AQ/ABQ's courses only.
Students are reminded that non-attendance in a course is not equivalent to withdrawal. Students who cease to attend a course but do not formally withdraw will be graded with an F on their academic record.Refund schedule
- 1st Friday of Course Start: Last day to drop courses and receive a 100 per cent refund (less $75 application fee).
- 2nd Friday of Course Start: Last day to drop courses and receive a 50 per cent refund (less $75 application fee).
- 3rd Friday of Coure Start: Last day to withdraw from the term course (no refund).
