Daneal is a trusted executive coach & leadership development expert. She spent the last 9 years coaching and advising executives in high-growth B2B software companies as part of her role as Executive in Residence at MaRS—a business accelerator for Canada’s most promising high-growth technology companies.  Prior to joining the startup ecosystem, Daneal held in-house Learning & Development leadership roles at Intel Corp (hardware)., Aviva Canada (insurance), Gamma-Dynacare (health care), and Loblaws (retail), including two years as the Director or Learning for Intel’s China APAC office.

Daneal holds a Master’s in International & Cross-Cultural Management and is well-versed in leading in global environments. 

She co-designed and delivered the 5-day Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring for Schulich Executive Education and is a:
