Funding Opportunities for Employers
Eligible Ontario employers may be able to access funding through the Ontario Job Grant (OJG) to support employee training costs. The program supports eligible training costs of up to $10,000 per trainee, with additional flexibility available for certain small employers.
Training must be delivered by an eligible third-party training provider, and publicly assisted universities in Ontario are among the eligible provider types.
Please note: Funding eligibility and approval are determined by the Government of Ontario and are subject to program requirements and available funding.
