Morgan Jones

Aside from his family, Morgan Jones’ favourite things in life are flying, teaching and technology.  Simulation-based learning provides a unique intersection of all three. Morgan has been a flying instructor for 25 years, in both the Royal Canadian Air Force and the civilian world.  Prior to joining the RCAF he taught Secondary School Chemistry, Physics, Math and Technology for the Peel District School Board. Additionally, in his youth, Morgan taught First Aid, CPR, swimming and lifeguarding for the Canadian Red Cross Society and the Royal Life Saving Society of Canada. Morgan is a recent graduate of Ontario Tech University’s Master of Education program. His final project examined the relationship between skills transfer effectiveness and fidelity in simulation-based training.
